My experience in OM started six years ago, together with only a few “shy” people who wanted to lay the foundations of a competitive contact center that offers qualitative BPO on the European market. In the first year I worked as an operator, and later I started to develop the Back Office department.
Even from the beginning, Open Mind has been more than the company where I work. It was and still is the place where I developed both on the professional and personal level. Even if it have passed over six years, I still come to work every day with enthusiasm, proving that the team I lead is a professional one that can successfully represent Open Mind in front of its clients. In the future I want to keep working here. To be honest, I would not see myself working elsewhere.
